I Want To Know What Love Is

I gotta take a little time, a little time to think things over
I better read between the lines, in case I need it when I'm older

Now this mountain I must climb, feels like the world upon my shoulders
Through the clouds I see love shine, it keeps me warm as life grows colder

In my life there's been heartache and pain
I don't know if I can face it again
Can't stop now, I've travelled so far, to change this lonely life

I want to know what love is, I want you to show me
I want to feel what love is, I know you can show me

I'm gonna take a little time, a little time to look around me
I've got nowhere left to hide, it looks like love has finally found me

In my life there's been heartache and pain
I don't know if I can face it again
Can't stop now, I've travelled so far, to change this lonely life

I want to know what love is, I want you to show me
I want to feel what love is, I know you can show me
I want to know what love is, I want you to show me
(And I wanna feel) I want to feel what love is
(And I know) I know you can show me

Let's talk about love - I want to know what love is
The love that you feel inside - I want you to show me
And I'm feeling so much love - I want to feel what love is
No, you just can't hide - I know you can show me
I want to know what love is (let's talk about love), I know you can show me
I wanna feel it too - I want to feel what love is
I wanna feel it too, and I know and I know - I know you can show me
Show me love is real, yeah - I want to know what love is...

(to fade)

It looks like all who want the pictures of Nadia's party have got them all. So credit me for being so kind yea. Haha~

Btw, this is for Averdim who wants a picture of me so badly.

Hmmm.. I am supposed to continue blogging about the camp I attended but it is too late, I guess. So I shall leave it alone.

Blog about Nadia's party? Everyone is blogging about it.

Anyway, I went to MGS this evening to take my sister's report card. I didn't know that I have to wait so long. It was drizzling and I waited for my turn till it stopped. Luckily, watching the ground (downstairs) kept me entertained. I saw someone camwhoring ;)

Went to Mervyn's place to collect my thumbdrive.

Ally came to my place. We went to mamak together and headed to her house straight after that. Her parents are very nice. Uncle Andrew is such a joker.

This Sunday will be the report card day of my school but I am not involved. Actually, each class of L6 has to raise a fund of RM250 to help the under-privilleged students. So my class came up with the idea to sell stuffs on Sunday as done by the previous sixth formers.

I have a few stupid suggestions on what to sell:

Cane: For the parents to cane their children who didn't do well in the exams.

Buku Latih Tubi: For the students to do extra exercise at home.

Some souvenir or present-based items: Sure those who did well want something from the teachers or their parents, right?

CDs pre-recorded with scolding message: Those who didn't do well need scolding. I came up with this to ease the parents.

Motivational books: To motivate the students and of course, some of the teachers.

Cigarettes: Parents who are disappointed with their children's results can smoke to relieve tension.

Alcoholic beverages: Those (parents, teachers or students) who are very stressed over their exam results can mabuk-kan diri.

Any L6-ers who would want to consider my idea, please do so. Certain stuff.. You have to sell at your own risk. Happy selling!

The bulletin board of friendster is being used to send chain letters and stuff similar to that. And now, people are using their blogs to tag people. I am tagged by three people, so far and I do not wish to be tagged anymore in future. So as not to disappoint those who have tagged me, I will do it this time =D

I'm tagged by Rachel.

HERE IT GOES :
Few Simple Rules of this TAG GAME:~-The tagged victim has to come up with 8 different points about his/her perfect lover.-Have to mention the gender of his/her perfect lover.-Tag eight other victims to join this game and leave a comment on their blog.-If you are tagged the second time. There is NO need to do this again.-Lastly, most importantly, HAVE FUN DOING IT!! ^^

1. A girl because I am not a gay.
2. Of course, I would prefer to have a christian.
3. Physical appearance does not really count. What's more important is inside.
4. Like what Rachel has mentioned, both of us should be compatible.
5. Accept me not because of fame and fun but love.
6. She must not be too materialistic. The keyword here is "too". So a little materialistic is okay with me.
7. Someone who dares tell me when I do something unpleasant to her.
8. (I want to leave this blank. To be filled later. Haha~)

This, I'm tagged by Ally and Shan.

Once you have been tagged you have to write a blog with six weird facts/things/habits about yourself. In the end, you need to pick six people to be tagged and list their names. Don't forget to leave a comment that says "you are tagged" in their comments and tell them to read yours.

1. I make fun of people I dislike, joke and make fool out of myself at crowded places.
2. I sleep with my leg crossed.
3. I always smell my wallet.
4. I used to kencing malam when I was small.
5. I am never afraid of anything, so far.
6. I like things in bottle such as perfume and liquor.

And lastly, I do not wish to tag anyone. Thank you...

Sorry, Ally. I was too exhausted to write this earlier.

Well, guys. I was away from Klang in Bukit Tinggi, Pahang for KGH Youth Camp. 4 days 3 nights there was a BLAST! We left for the camp on Sunday at 12.30pm. The entire journey there was pleasant.

Ahh.. I went to Genting on Friday and the same road was used to go to the campsite. On the way there, we stopped by at McD, somewhere near Genting Sempah for a light refreshment and bladder-emptying. The journey took us around two hours.

Highest (left-right): Joseph Yap, Uncle Chee Beng, Eu Jin, Uncle Chee Choong, Cindy Ong, Joanne.
2nd highest: Chong Han, Marcus Tay, Jerry Lim, Mervyn Chua, Mei Er, Vivien Lim, Tomomi.
3rd highest: Alexander Lee, Colin Gan, Jonathan Lim, Wei Shern, Boon Hoy, Alyssa Lim, Kym Phuah, Ee May, Amelia Lee, Nyuet Fen, Amanda Hoi, Wei Lyn.
Sitting on the floor: Rachel Tan, Gavin Fong, Kwo Kuang, Gerard Fong, Nadia Phuah.

Finally, we reached there but unfortunately, we have to walk a distance to the place we stayed because the road is too narrow for a bus. Our luggages were put into the van driven by Uncle Chee Choong (thanks).

There were section for guys and girls. Guys' area was prohibited for girls and vice-versa and we have the swimming pool! We put our bags in the dormitory and headed to the hall for briefing. You know lah.. rules and regulations and stuff like that.

Milky Way

After briefing, we were filling up baloons with water for game. I can't really remember the exact amount of baloons but bombing started even before the game!

It was game time after that. It was more like a war game and I label it the dirtiest game in camp. Flouring and bombing took place at an empty ground outside the lodge. In the beginning, I already kena... Water gun was proved to be ridiculous.

The game lasted not for long. My team lost...

We took our bath. A bunch of guys jumped into the pool.

Makan time. The food there was unexpectedly DELICIOUS! I have never been to a camp with such a delicious food.

Camp machos

Discoveries were by Eu Jin, a great speaker.

Every night, a couple of us spent our time in a hut chit-chatting, watching fireflies and the endless horizon of the sky.

to be continued...

Sometimes, I just do not understand the reason people eagerly wanting to know something deeper out of the things you have spoken. I think it is best to keep your mouth shut most of the time and do not talk unnecessarily. Do you want to face the consequences?

And it is hurting to know that someone, whom you thought you can trust and rely on, betrays your trust.

Since the Dumpling Day has just passed and Tyrone asked me what is a Dumpling Day, I am going to write something about it.

One of the ingredients: Chestnut

Rice dumpling or commonly known as bah-tzang is a traditional chinese food. The word 'bah-tzang' is actually in Taiwanese. The ancient Chinese called it zongzi.

The leaves used to wrap the dumpling

The origins of bah-tzang are traced to the legend of Qu Yuan, a well-loved patriot poet who drowned himself in a river called Li Luo, due to the imminent fall of his country Chu which was one of the ancient Chinese kingdoms. To stop the fish from eating his body, people made rice dumplings and threw them into the river. Another version of the legend states that the dumplings were made to placate a dragon that lived in the river.

Preparation of the ingredients

Rice dumplings are made for the Dragon Boat Festival, which falls on the fifth day of the fifth month of the Chinese calendar.

The final result
